We are delighted for our clients in Irish Distillers who picked up four awards for the Jameson Vital Ingredient Graduate Programme last Friday at the GradIreland Awards held at the Mansion House. We are extra thrilled that the programme was voted Most Popular FMCG Graduate Employer. This award is extra special because it's voted by the students themselves.
We've been working with the team in IDL for over 5 years, and over time have watched the grad programme go from strength to strength. The search for graduates with “The Vital Ingredient" has developed to include both Brand Ambassador and Distiller disciplines, and there are currently 75 Jameson Brand Ambassadors in 41 international markets.
5 years ago the programme ranked 151st on the GradIreland, Graduate Employers list, and it now sits firmly in the top 10 at 6th place. This is a phenomenal achievement for which they were awarded an ADFX award last year – the first ever recruitment campaign to do so.
This success has been made possible by always putting the graduate's mind set and needs at the heart of everything we've done. Each year we've asked ourselves what would help them and evolved our strategy in line with their changing needs. This has lead to the development of a fully integrated social and digital strategy including social Q&A sessions & online videos about the experiences of current brand ambassadors.
We're very proud to have helped the team in IDL, led by Sinéad D'Arcy, to such positive results and we're looking forward to helping the Grad Programme grow even further into the future.
