Kerry.com - A world of knowledge

We’re celebrating a milestone with Kerry: the launch of their brand new website. We were delighted to be appointed in 2015 as Kerry’s global partner to deliver design and content for the refreshed Kerry.com.

Kerry is a multinational company with a truly global footprint – 23,000 employees in over 30 countries, across six continents. They are leaders in their field, offering one of the largest portfolios of food, beverage and pharma solutions in the world, along with unrivalled market knowledge and insights.

Positioning themselves as the Taste and Nutrition company, we have been supporting Kerry in rethinking and recreating their brand positioning, and Kerry.com is the first major step in showcasing this renewed brand on a global scale.

Before creating the site design, we worked with Kerry to research their global and regional, existing and prospective target audiences and understand their needs. We undertook competitor analysis, benchmarking and worked with business stakeholders to identify and develop customer integration touch points. This enabled us to create detailed personas and user journeys – ensuring the user remained at the forefront whilst shaping the site map.

Truly understanding the user needs resulted in a structure which allows users to move laterally across the site, providing progressive disclosure and access to the most relevant and insightful information based on the individual user's requirements and interests. Essentially the site ensures that users get to the most relevant insights, solutions and product information quickly.

We worked alongside Kerry to create industry leading content derived from their leading insights and expertise, which was developed and optimised to not only reach new audiences through organic search, but to inform readers and prompt return visits. All content is responsive, displaying effectively across each browser and device – from desktop to mobile.

The launch of Kerry.com is about more than just brand image. It demonstrates to the world the digital transformation which the company has been undertaking in recent years, led from their state-of-the-art Global Technology and Innovation Centres where we've also been helping to design and develop immersive / interactive customer engagement experiences.

The new website helps to cement Kerry's position as an international market-leader in the field of taste and nutrition. It brings core elements of Kerry's capabilities to the fore, through their cutting-edge insights and in-depth expertise, and it sets out the broad range of solutions and products they offer – everything from dairy to desserts and enzymes to emulsifiers. We created visual interest and a distinctive brand identity throughout these stories.

The partnership between Kerry and McCannBlue doesn't end here. We are assisting in the delivery of world-class interactive projects in their Global Technology and Innovation Centres, demonstrating the company's capabilities to both existing and potential customers.

As Kerry move through their transformation we continue to work with them in a way that is both agile and truly international – integrating a huge variety of cultures and languages as we go – across the six continents of the Kerry world.
